Types and Scope of Medical Assistance:
- Diagnosis of injuries, including the use of a 24/7 digital radiological equipment;
- Primary surgical wound treatment, external bleeding control;
- If necessary, surgical procedures are performed in the hospital’s surgical department.
- Reduction of dislocations (shoulder, forearm, fingers, foot, etc.);
- Application of plaster immobilization and orthotic bandages;
- Repositioning of bone fragments (clavicle, humerus, forearm, metacarpal and metatarsal bones, tibia, phalanges of the foot, etc.).
Medical assistance is provided free of charge.
Pediatric orthopedic traumatologists provide urgent, qualified trauma care to children with various musculoskeletal injuries. The trauma center employs 5 pediatric orthopedic traumatologists.
